Terms of Service
By accessing or using kantuadornments.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
KANTU is operated by KANTU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit any harmful code or interfere with the operation of this site.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible — slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. KANTU is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank.
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our full returns and exchange policy.
All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, imagery, design, and brand elements — is owned by KANTU and protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
The iconographic designs featured in KANTU pieces are original reinterpretations of ancestral Andean visual traditions. They are not replicas. Their use outside of KANTU — commercial or otherwise — requires written permission.
KANTU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming — except where local consumer protection law grants the buyer a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent of these Terms.
